Wlademir Gomes
Partner
With over 30 years of experience, Wlademir is an experienced consultant and founding partner of Insignia Partners, leading strategic consulting projects and transformation programs.
He spent 20 years at Bain & Company, where he was the leading partner for the Consumer Goods practice, with a relevant role also in Retail. Wlademir began his career at Accenture, where he worked for 4 years. He has a long history of investing in start-ups, with current investments in food, energy, and healthcare sectors.
Wlademir holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Mauá School of Engineering.
Marcelo Getlinger
Partner
With over 25 years of experience in consulting and in corporate, Marcelo has extensive expertise in transformation and performance improvement, with a particular focus on the agribusiness sector.
Marcelo built a successful 17-year career in consulting at Bain & Company, McKinsey, and Hatch, before joining Insignia Partners, where he leads major transformation programs across various sectors, including sugar and ethanol, pulp and paper, mining, and energy.
Marcelo holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mauá School of Engineering and an MBA from INSEAD.
Bruno Bullio
Associate Partner
With 15 years of consulting experience at Bain & Company, Bruno has worked closely with the leadership of leading players in the Retail and Consumer Goods sectors.
His entrepreneurial spirit and innovative leadership were reflected in his role as co-founder and COO of BrandLovrs, a Creators Economy startup, where he founded and led the operations and commercial departments.
Bruno holds a degree in Engineering from UNICAMP and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Luiz Fruet
Manager
With 20 years of exeperience in consulting and corporate, Luiz worked 12 years at Ambev and 8 at consulting firms like Deloitte and Alvarez & Marsal. He holds a degree in Business Administration from UPE, a Law degree from UFPE, and an Executive MBA from Insper.
Mauricio Guimaraes
Senior Associate Consultant
With 4 years of experience, including 3 in consulting and 1 in the construction sector, Maurício has worked on projects in consumer goods, retail, and agribusiness. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from Mackenzie.
Murilo Doria
Consultant
With 6 years of consulting experience, including 2 years at Bain & Company, Murilo has worked across multiple industries such as consumer goods, retail, agribusiness, and aviation. He also spent a year at Centauro and holds an engineering degree from Poli-USP.
Manuela Cota
Senior Associate Consultant
With 2 years of consulting experience, Manuela worked at IEBT and Hatch in agribusiness and mining. She holds an engineering degree from UFMG and is currently pursuing a master’s in Environmental Studies at the same institution.
Carolina Castro
Consultant
With 5 years of consulting experience, including over 3 at Bain & Company, Carolina has worked in consumer goods, retail, and education, and founded the fashion brand Soucê. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Poli-USP and a double degree from ESTP Paris.
David Relvas

Davi has 3 years of experience in consulting and project management. At Insignia, he has worked on projects in consumer goods, retail, and agribusiness. Davi holds a degree in Production Engineering from Mauá.
